in just a one moment
I realized
I realized how much I could lose
how much I take for granted
how much I have to lose
for I now release
release that I've never appreciated what I have
until I almost lost it
for today I almost lost something
something I've taken for granted
something I never appreciated
something I can't lose
for I almost lost her
sure we my not always get along
but she is still my mother
the one who gave me life
I can not lose her
I just can't
for what would happen
what would happen if she left us
how would we survive
how would I survive
