Scarlet ..... - Cripple

why is it that my mind cripples itself
for it knows what it must do
it knows how to do it
but yet when I try to get it accomplished
my mind stops me
makes me think
and over think
makes me worry
and over worry
why does it do this
cripples its self
it cripples me
