Description
The controversial provision that has been used time and again by politicians to target posts on social media is under the Supreme Court scanner. The court is expected to announce it's verdict on the constitutional validity of Section 66A of the IT Act. Will the court accept the govt's contentions or will it strike down the controversial law?
