SC lays out grounds for commuting death sentence

In a landmark judgement on Tuesday, the Supreme Court issued guidelines for convicts on death row. It also commuted 15 death penalties into life imprisonment. Mint's Anuja speaks to Yug Mohit Chaudhry, the lawyer on behalf of the 15 death convicts about the judgement.
