Saying Goodbye To Your Leg

When Jo Beckwith was 13 years old, she suffered a serious injury to her ankle. Her bones had shattered, and she's been living with chronic pain ever since. Last year, Jo made the decision to finally relieve that pain and have a doctor medically amputate her foot. 

She started a YouTube channel to document her decision and journey through this difficult process. Naturally, as they got closer to the surgery, she took her followers on a goodbye tour for her leg. Finally, in October of 2018, the leg was finally removed, and she's now been fitted with a prosthetic.
