Description
theres nothing left to write,
the love that he felt for me,
ended tonight.
the rest of these pages,
stay blank and bare,
in patient hope,
that something will be written there,
dust gathers on the piano keys,
theres no music on to play,
the smallest ray of hope,
has died and faded away,
first loves can never be forgotten,
how cruel life can be,
to put the weight of the world,
and this ending on me,
and how hard is to wake up in the morning,
to have the sun shining on my face,
and know that another person,
has come to take my place.
