Sausages in white wine

Add white wine and some onions to your sausages for more flavor! An easy recipe to make in a skillet to change from oven or barbecue cooking. Tested and approved by the entire Ptitchef team, you can serve these sausages with potatoes, vegetables, or even starches like rice or pasta. For appetizers, they will also be great. Just cut them into small pieces and skewer them with toothpicks.

Ingredients:
- 6 chipolatas
- 1 onion
- 2 cups dry white wine
- olive oil
