AMBITION

Ambition~ sweet sweet and so neat
But~
I never had any liking for such meat.
Ambition makes one happy for a while
Makes one laugh but eventually makes you cry
And~
Leaves your friends and folks high and dry.

Ambition is nice in small doses
Taken under the mind’s advice
For when taken in a larger dose with the heart-
In Mind
Ambition usually leads to a sad demise.
Of your very Soul! ! !

History and Ambition have never been~
