I knock at the door,
of the hearts of people I come across.
Some open and share,
Some discard and humiliate.

Is there anyone,
who will plunge in the depth of my heart,
and take out whatever he finds.
All that is there,
might be only stones and scars and thorns.

But is there anyone,
who will cherish them as a lost treasure,
making it his own.

I am still knocking,
at the hearts
of people I adore.
