When?

When will I ever smile
and meet my hearts desire
When will God decide
To end this hurting inside
For long have I paid the price

When will the past shift aside
So on the future I can rely
When out of relief will I cry
And be by your side
And snuggle up in arms tight

When will time be nigh
And to heaven will I fly
As the need is so dire
To be on my pyre
Burning in the fire

When my mother was alive
She used to look at me and sigh
Say youre like the moon eclipse
In the sky
I wonder why?
