Sara Stowell - Riddle

I’m on your back
I’m in your blood,
I’m in the tree,
And in the mud.
I can’t be seen,
Though sometimes heard,
I even soar
Just like a bird.
In the river,
And in the sea,
There is no place
You can’t find me.
You’ll find me here
Or on your block.
On mountain tops,
Beneath a rock.
I’m everywhere,
That’s where I’ll be.
And when you rest,
You may find me.

*Note- Can you guess the riddle? (yes-that sounds cheesy, oh well)
