As the holiday season approaches, we enjoy incorporating the magic of Christmas into our recipes. These little meringues shaped like Santa Claus hats are a perfect example. This easy and waste-free recipe will help you use up your leftover egg whites.
Perfect for nibbling at the end of a meal with coffee or tea ;-)

Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- red food coloring
- 1 oz white chocolate
- 2 Tbsp grated coconut
