Dear Dad,
It seems we
Have drifted
Afar, since we met.
We no longer
Enjoy each other
How did I let
Things come to
Such a point
Where we no longer
See eye to eye?
Do you no longer
Accept me as
Your son?
Somtimes I
Hate you
With a passion
Of diabolical levels,
At other times,
However, I cry
At how we drift.
You a working man,
Who wanted a son
Of your own.
And me
A faggot
You never wanted.
Yhough you try
Hard to see me
As your son,
The fag in
Me, you only
See.
You search
As I do
For the son
Who loves
You.
Who you scold
And yelled at
But who you
Now ignore.
For the father
Who i hated
But won't talk
To anymore.
How did
We get to this point
Where love
And hate
No longer
Exist,
But where
Obliviousness
And Rejection
Now reside.
Mayhaps one day
You will be happy
For who I am,
Or maybe one day
We'll no longer see
Each other.
