Sanjay Dutt: seeks more time to surrender

India News: Three days before his deadline to surrender before a Tada court expires, actor Sanjay Dutt on Monday moved the Supreme Court, seeking some more time.

Dutt has to undergo a jail term of three-and-a-half years for illegally possessing arms in connection with the 1993 serial blasts in Mumbai. His case is likely to be heard on Tuesday as he is supposed to surrender on or before April 18.
