Life is so boring, and so still,
Breathing it in makes me ill,
So much drama I don't need,
I bleed to many lies,
No one can hear my cries,

You are my shining star,
So bright, but so far
I hear you lies,
You hear my cries
If I could keep him
What joy it would bring,

If he were still here
I miss him each day,
That he's away,
I miss him looking out for me,
The way it used to be

I miss his love, that protected me,
I wonder if he still cares,
That's a question that tears,
I wonder if he fears,
Of me holding him, still,
But most of all,

I wonder if he still loves me,
Or if i'm a memory of what used to be.
