The Election Commission (EC) is sticking to its target of 70% voters turnout despite many of those working elsewhere might not be returning home to vote.
EC deputy chairman Dr Azmi Sharom on Friday visited SMJK Tiong Hua Sandakan to inspect the final preparations for the Sandakan by-election the following day.
