Samir Toumi. Instrumentiste (mandoline et violon), il fait ses premières armes au sein de l’Association "El-Djazairia El-Mossilia" sous la direction de l’artiste Sid Ahmed SERRI et aiguise son talent, quelques années plus tard en maîtrisant l’art de la «Sanaâ andalouse» avant de s’affirmer comme l’un des grands chanteurs du Haouzi en créant sa propre troupe.
