Sameer Ahsan - A Thought Amidst Joy

The sun has gone down since long
The moon above the head has come
The waving wind kisses the leaves
A sound clatters in the world; green.
The fire flies spilled in the air
Strobes, glitters and there I stare
Through my windows a view often rare
And every second I was feeling within
When a thought plunged into my mind
Betrayal of recent love story rewind,
Disturbed me o'er again and again
And the whole night I woke in pain.
Since then I'm getting weaker.......
A thought's aftermath is so stronger!
