Salman Khan is gearing up right ahead of Aamir Khan to become more then Mr Perfectionist. Along with being Perfectionist for his role of wrestler salman Khan is taking risk on to his healthy life.
Back in 2011 Salman Khan had neuro surgery and the doctor had advised him to over exert that is stay away from action scenes and stunts. Salman used body double for Kick and Dabbang 2.

But for his upcoming film Salman wants to get it so realistic that he has learned mixed martial arts, he has gained weight and made body suitable for the role against the advices of doctor and he will have to reduce the weight in rapid for lean physique in another portion. And top of it he has decided to do stunts himself for the role. And this rapid change of metabolism and not considering medical conditions BHaijaan is taking huge risk.
