Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's masala flick Dabangg was a major hit and it is expected that the sequel to the film, which releases on December 21 this year, will also enjoy the same success as the prequel.


Meanwhile, Khan, who will be seen reprising his role as the roguishly charming Inspector Chulbul Pandey, has already declared that there are plans for a third film in the Dabangg series, days before the sequel is to hit the silver screens! In a recent interview, when asked if he was open to the idea of Dabangg 3, Salman was quoted saying that their team has already started thinking about it. He further added that the third film in the sequel will explore Chulbul's past and go back to the making of Chulbul Pandey.

Salman will be once again seen romancing r, who plays the role of his wife Rajjo in Dabangg 2.
