Salisbury attacks 'clearly supported' by Russian state
Description
Security Minister Ben Wallace MP says that the government believes the Russian military intelligence body, the GRU, carried out the attacks on Sergei and Yulia Skripal in March, "authorised at senior levels of the Russian government". Two Russian nationals named as Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov travelled to the UK on genuine Russian passports, although it is likely they were travelling under fake aliases. Report by Jonesia.
