Sainsbury's woe

Penny was expecting a delivery from Sainsbury’s at 7am - but they gave her the run around and it was not delivered until 8pm. They told her to call customer services - it is only open from 8-8, or rebook another delivery slot - the nearest was 5 days away. Penny is calling on Saumsbury’s to get their act together.
