Sahanur Alam reveals JMB nexus

Sahanur Alom, key accused in the Burdwan blast case, has revealed the names of two top functionaries of Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB), including a Bangladeshi national, during interrogation. Sahanur was operating the outfits' Assam module under the direction of these two senior JMB leaders, who are currently absconding. Assam police and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) are jointly interrogating Sahanur at the headquarters of the special branch of Assam police. Sahanur, who was arrested from Larkuchi village in Nalbari district on Friday, was remanded in 14-day police custody.
