Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade reminds commuters and public transport operators to observe and implement strict health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19, which surged the last two weeks as shown by an increase in the number of infections. Metro Manila is under Alert Level 3 from Jan. 3 to 15, 2022.
