SAD's changing stand over Bhullar
Description
NewsX has accessed an affidavit filed by the Parkash Singh Badal govt in 2009, where Davender Pal singh Bhullar has been held as a terrorist. The state says Bhullar is a proclaimed offender and after the SC upheld the death verdict on Bhullar, SAD's Parkash Singh Badal has been batting for Bhullar. Today he met the PM and claimed if he is not given clemency; it will affect the law and order in the country.
