S&P And Nasdaq Record Third Consecutive All Time Highs

Description
On August 28th, US stocks opened to flat morning, but towards the afternoon, the S&P and Nasdaq made some gains that pushed them closer to closing at new all-time highs, after setting records a day before.
The S&P closed only a few points under it's peak-high set on August 27th, when the benchmark index broke 2,900 for the first time, but the benchmark index closed at a new high of 2,897.
