Crying out, inside,
all you need to say is
'I'm sorry.'

Crying, hurting from the inside out,
just say to them, listen to your heart,
'I'm Sorry.'

Crying into the night,
say it, your mind yells,
say 'I'm sorry.'

how hard that little phrase is,
no one knows the torment on the inside,
no one knows how sorry you really are.

Crying after them, for once out loud
'I'm sorry! '
it's out now, off your chest not your burden,
things can heal now.
