Description
Rwanda's supreme court clears the way for President Paul Kagame to run for another term in 2017, throwing out a legal challenge from the opposition. Also, South Sudan's peace deal seems ever more fragile. Rebel leader Riek Machar has hit out at plans by President Salva Kiir to go against the terms of the peace plan and divide the country into 28 states. And he's the first African to head up world football's governing body FIFA. Issa Hayatou takes over from Sepp Blatter as acting president.
