Alex is different. Not if he's somewhere like Echo Park, but he's different when it comes to pro surfers. He is making longboarding "cool" and rebellious again, by having a modern, yet classic approach. A total "renaissance man" Alex paints and sings and plays guitar in rock band, as well as drawing some of the most different lines seen in years on a surfboard. He is a very influential Human and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
