Russo-Ukrainian War

The Russo-Ukrainian War is an ongoing armed conflict that began in February 2014, primarily involving Russia and pro-Russian forces, and Ukraine on the other hand. The conflict initially focused on the status of Crimea and the Donbas regions, internationally recognized as part of Ukraine. The conflict has included Russia's annexation of Crimea (2014), the Donbas War (2014–present), naval incidents, cyberwarfare, political tensions, and Russian troop movements near the border with Ukraine since 2021. Russia sent troops into separatist-controlled areas on 22 February 2022. This culminated in Russia's invasion of Ukraine on 24 February.
