Film maker Steven Michelsen tells the story of shooting up-and-coming from Chris Frolich: "Two weeks ago I got an email from Chris asking to shoot a short online clip. I had no clue who he was or what he was about even. He hopped on a plane after winning the Queensland Open event (same event that Parko, Fanning & Dingo have won) and headed straight to Cape Town. I had heard of bits a pieces about Chris via the boys but never at any point did I know how solid he surfed. For a goofy footer from Durban he most likely is our best hope with his right foot forward."

"All I can say is that he might be the most humble and nicest "pro surfer" I have ever met, so much so that I couldn't even charge the kid for this project. The 4 days we spent to put this video together were blasted with every variable possible, wind, rain, mist, and on top of it all it was pretty much flat. This is what we managed to pull off."
