Running Dive Attempt Goes Wrong as Man Slips and Falls Back-First

This would-be dive was meant to make a splash, but it ended with a painful splat instead.

The man charges forward with confidence, clearly aiming for an impressive dive off the deck and into the water. Just before takeoff, however, his footing gives way.

He slips and crashes back-first onto the deck, bringing his swimming plans to an abrupt halt. Left seated and stunned, he can only sit still and let the moment — and the pain — pass.
