Rudy Hossam - Misunderstood

A new day starts normal...
Nothing seems abnormal...
Everything is just as perfect...
As yesterdays ending...

Happily life was all I wanted...
By friends I was surrounded...
My laughter could easily be heard...
My joy was clearer than anything at all...

I had everything around me...
Even though perfect it seemed...
Misunderstanding lied beneath...

I heard them silently speaking...
I saw their eyes silently asking...
They were wondering...
How in the world I did it? ?
From were did I get such guts? ?

They spread rumors...They knew weren't right...
To make themselves feel alright...
Rejecting the total fact...
That the are the ones who made it...

The one thing I could do...
Was break into tears...
Fortunately that I won't do...
I drew my biggest smile...that I could draw...
I asked my only question...
Heard the latest rumor? ?

They turned their face and said...
It's just a simple misunderstand...
'Aha...Yes...(SIMPLE) ' was all that could be said...
