'Ruby' weakens after Batangas landfall

'Typhoon Ruby' weakens after it made its landfall in Batangas. Storm signal no. 2 is raised in Batangas, Northern Oriental Mindoro, Northern Occidental Mindoro and Lubang Island. Signal no. 1 is raised in areas like Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Bataan, Cavite, Laguna, Southern Quezon and remaining areas in Mindoro.
