Ruby Scarlet - I'm a Vampire? ? *gasp

This light annoys me so much
Looks like I have no more luck

My eyes tear up
I look like a sick pup

In the darkness is where I hide
It's the only thing I can abide

I have become equal to a vampire
No I aint no liar

I can hardly stand this red light
I am using in order to write

I do not like where this is going
This thing that has me towing

Darkness has now become my friend
Though I'm still slightly scared of it in the end

Befriend that which you fear
For one day you hold it very near
