Rubber ducky cupcakes

I used yellow chocolate drip in my silicone duck mold (I got this from Amazon) I used piping tips 2A and 12 to create the buttercream bubbles. I chilled the cupcake before adding blue jelly to the centre. I sat the chocolate ducky on top when the jelly had set. if you don't like jelly on a cake then you could use blue chocolate instead
