The path I choose needs time
Patience and determination
Difficult to take and painful to endure
Discouragement and hopelessness along the way
Accomplishments will not come easy

Expressions of feelings through words
To relieve stress and to expel emotions
Of love, anger, despair, resentment
Confusion and regrets
These messages, you will never get..
But will be read my many

I don't know if the decision is right
Nor do I know where its leading to
All I know is my head is spinning hard
There are butterflies in my stomach
And insomnia becoming worse
The suffering has only just begun..

I don't seem to have a choice
Its time to stop and ponder
To reflect back on my life
And to save what is left
My face, my pride, my ego and my SELF
