Never kissed by a river

And days for sure
That hasn't seen a sun

No matter what people say

There should be sugar
That has no sweetness
And there should be nights
With not a shread of darkness

If these are not so
Therre is no chance
For me to be here
Writing these words
For you to read my dear

At the same time
It breaks my heart
To read between the lines
And to see that it makes sense
For it to be true
That oil can mix
With water at will!
