has sent me reeling, toppling, turning
this encounter was never planned
yet has me breathless and most yearning

eyes of sparkling swirling pools
tenderness beyond compare
out the window go the rules
must mind my heart must beware

dizzy and almost drunk it leaves me
you're like a drug with your skin 'gainst mine
I feel you, taste you, want you, I plea
for guidance, direction, in need of a sign

the softest kisses, the gentlest touch
chiseled features, such strong arms
dont know if I've ever known such
I've fallen prey to all your charms

please have mercy on this wounded heart
I give of myself to your searching soul
and knowing all right from the start
what I feel is beyond my control
