Life's so full of ups and downs
One day we're smiling
The next day all frowns

I know one thing's for sure
One thing's for certain
Living the latter is torture

So why not pick ourselves up
And keep it half full, We should be happy
When we drink from life's cup

A negative thought
Will reek havoc Im sure
It will make us unhappy, make us distraught

Worldly circumstances tend to be
Just a small fragment of life
It's all in the attitude that sets us free
