Numb, numb to the pain
You'd think I'd scream or cry
When I pass the blade
One after another
A thrill to see
To see the blood pour down my arms and off my hands
Covering the tile floor
Like nothing you've ever seen, a red carpet, a masterpiece
Getting off the bathroom floor
Trying to think quick
Thinking of where my long sleeve shirts are to cover up the cuts and scars
Go back to hurting
Back to hiding in the dark
Back to your everyday life
Being something your not
