Root out the sabotaging mavericks

Selangor Pakatan Rakyat elected representatives today called on the state and individual component parties to root out "mavericks" who they say are "sabotaging" the harmony of the opposition coalition-led state government.

"We must identify people like this, those who continue to cause trouble. They want Pakatan to fail, they want to sabotage Pakatan.

"Suddenly, they bring up issues, at the backbenchers' level, at the local council level. As if they want to rock the boat. These issues appear suddenly, close to by-elections," said Shah Alam parliamentarian Khalid Samad of PAS.
