Absence's Wake

  Time measured in minutes and seconds are a constant enemy of the battle I endure, until the next time I see your face.  
  I arise each day with your thought and my decent at night isn't complete without you being the final one thought.
 Overwhelmed by the promised heart and so I continue to struggle, until the next faithful day.
Anxiously awaiting the next time we're together ending absence's wake.
