To be completely honest, I have no idea what a panhandler is. I mean, what does it even mean to panhandle something? Ron Morey certainly knows what a panhandler is, and how to panhandle something and he does a great job through his jokes to describe what it might look like. I can only wish that I run into panhandlers, I guess this isn't the panhandle state. We only get beggars in this state, and beggar people are so much worse than panhandlers. They aren't even funny.
