Rome expected to escape severe flooding

After severe flooding in Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, there is better news for Rome, which is forecast to not be as badly affected by the time rain reaches it on Tuesday night.

Three of the four people who have died in the deluge lost their lives after their car fell off a collapsed bridge in Tuscany.
