Romanian punks spin elderly woman for fun

An internet video showing an elderly Romanian woman being spun around by a young man has caused outrage online.

The video starts mid-action with a small woman, grasped by the shoulders of her dressing gown, swung in circles by a young man more than a foot taller than her. He spins her several times before stopping. Once one the ground, the woman screams in terror and runs off.

The young man, who is accompanied by a handful of friends, flexes a bicep in triumph of his stunt, then runs down the street again for a second round of elderly abuse.

The clip was shot outside of Bucharest and netizens helped authorities identify the man as 'Geo', a 17-year-old. He was arrested for disturbing public disorder.
