What will happen when the Rolls-Royce’ Sprit of Ecstasy will meet the Prancing of Ferrari?

The model seen here underneath the Ferrari skin is a Phantom Coupe. On the outer, it is given inspirations of racing from Ferrari. Stickers and decals are from the Ferrari’s F1 car, along with the Shell badges. And to further make it more Italian, wrap is doing the job very well.
Hence, as Rolls and Ferrari are both of different origins, but under the hoods they have same number of cylinders i.e. twelve.
