Rohingya Fear Repatriation To Myanmar

Since August 25th 2017 an estimated 668,000 Rohingya have left Myanmar and arrived in Bangladesh amid reports of Military backed mass rape, murder, and burning of villages. Myanmar has denied the charges. the UN and US have labeled the violence against the Rohingya as ethnic cleansing. Now the refugees, as part of an agreement between Myanmar and Bangladesh are being asked to repatriate. Activist groups have slammed the move to begin the process as “alarmingly premature.
