Rogue Driver Crashes into Passenger Van

Occurred on November 21, 2017 / Quezon City, Philippines

Info from Licensor: "I was riding a public utility transport van together with other 18 passengers when suddenly a rogue driver of a Nissan Patrol intentionally hit us on the left side of the car then just drive away. After blocking the rogue driver, we start unloading off the van and this is where the video started. The Nissan Patrol then slammed the on the rear then drive away again in full speed. The police officers were able to block the Nissan Patrol but the driver resisted to lower his window and rushed again dragging the motorcycle of the police officer as seen in the video. In the end, the rogue driver was apprehended and brought to jail. Cases were filed against the driver."
