ROGET: MORE OVERSIGHT NEEDED

President General of the OWTU says government needs to do more monitoring of contractors operating within its offshore facilities.

Speaking outside the base for Well Services Petroleum Company Limited in South Oropouche on Tuesday, Ancel Roget says accidents like the one which led to the death of rig worker Pete Philip, will continue to occur if the underlying problems are not addressed.
